Rest In Pieces Review

Rest In Pieces came out in 1987 and was directed by the ever-stumpy Jose Ramon Larraz. We have used science (and possibly the box cover) to determine that this movie fits perfectly into the "Spanish Horror" genre.

During the time we had our polls open, 1 engorged viewers just like you weighed in on Rest In Pieces. 1 of 'em thought it was great! 0 thought it was shit. Takes all kinds.

This is a Dave and Jim's B-Movie Review. This review was written some time between 1996 and 2001. Once you've sucked the marrow from this one, you can head back to the full list to pick another review for savoring. Do it again and again.

Dave's Review

I really can't understand what these movie-makers were trying to tell us. There were a lot of neat things they could have done. They did none of them. If it weren't for that nudity, this movie would have been totally unwatchable.

Dave broke it down like so: Technology: 0 Action: 2 Nudity: 6 Coolness: 1 Badguys: 1 Gore: 2 Shock: 1 Dialog: 1 Post-Nuke?: N Music: 5 Plot: 1 Length: Short Overall: 1

Jim's Review

Just some nasty movie about some old people. I can't think of one redeeming quality in it. This was generaly just an evil film.
