Dave's Review

This movie is a great for one reason and one reason only: it has to be one of the most realistic movies about American schools ever made. And best of all, it was made from the point of view of an outcast. If you were one of us, you'll agree this movie was great. If you were popular in school, this will probably seem strange and excessively cruel. Well, that's realism for you.

Jim's Review

This is the most realistic movie about Junior High Ever made. It tells the universal story of the middle child really well also. This is admittedly sort of a strange movie, but every one should see it at least once. The character stereotypes are originally used it really makes a fascinating movie. If you were an outcast in junior high you will really love it, if not it is still a lot better than most movies and if you cannot find the movie you are looking to rent some night, I recommend you give this film a chance. I will give the general warning that every one I know that has seen it including myself has found the end to be rather lacking, but it is still well worth seeing.
