Dave's Comments: Quite simply one of the greatest horror movies ever made. The contrast between your average horror movie and a Kubrick masterpiece is striking. The pacing is perfect, building tension throughout the movie until the awesome climax. It should also be said that Jack Nicholson is perfect in his role. I cannot recommend this movie highly enough.
