Make Offscreen Windows or Menu Items Visible

Quite often, particularly if you are using a multi-monitor setup, you will find that windows will appear offscreen or partially offscreen. Moving these is relatively easy, simply right-click on the window's item in the taskbar and select "Move". You can then use the keyboard arrow keys to move the window around.
Dialog boxes spawned by programs aren't as easy because they usually have no associated item in the taskbar. Thankfully, there is an easy solution to the problem! Simply make sure the dialog is selected by clicking on a visible portion or calling it again from menus, etc. Then press ALT+SPACE. Now select "Move" from the menu and move the dialog with the keyboard arrow keys until it's where you want it.
